Jenny founded Vital Kinesis because of her passion in helping people and her love for her profession. Jenny has experience working across different settings including hospitals, outpatient centers and in people's homes. With ten years of experience and lessons from working in different settings, Jenny feels that giving her clients accessibility, sustainability and dedicated one on one time are some of the most important aspects in helping her clients to be successful in their recovery and rehabilitation journey. For a lot of people, rehabilitation and recovery need to start immediately. At Vital Kinesis, we try to get you in as soon as possible because we believe every moment is important to make new connections in your nervous system. Furthermore, physical therapy services should be sustainable and that your treatment timeline should be dictated by your functional improvement instead of the number of visits set by insurance companies, which is why we offer various service packages to fit your needs. We will always be here to challenge and motivate you to keep going while having fun! At Vital Kinesis, Jenny finds creative ways to make therapy both challenging and meaningful. Jenny spends time with her clients to provide education on the human body, and to facilitate the neuromuscular changes that are needed to help her clients to make meaningful changes.  Jenny believes that every has the potential to improve if the appropriate amount of challenge is given.
